Mr. Thomas B. Donaldson

THOMAS B. DONALDSON, ESQ., is Of Counsel to Donaldson & Chilliest, LLP.  He specializes in litigation, and provides counsel and guidance in not-for-profit governance, government affairs, and business development.

Mr. Robert Glen III

Currently serving as the President of the East Alabama Black Belt Farmers' Cooperative in Bullock and Barbour County. Retired from the U.S. Active Army after serving 28 years as a Logistics Officer. Volunteer community service through several affiliated organizations to allow me to give back to my community. He attends the Tabernacle Baptist hurch in Burlington, New Jersey.

Dr. Tyson-Lord Gray

Dr. Gray holds a BA from Trinity International University, a MDiv from Morehouse School of Religion, a STM from Boston University, a JD from Elisabeth Haub School of Law, and a PhD from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the New York State Bar and previously worked at Richman Law Group, where he focused on Environmental Law and Food Law.

He has also held faculty appointments at Pace University and NYU, where he taught Environmental Ethics and Environmental Governance. Dr. Gray is currently a Visiting Assistant  Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU Stern School of Business.

Mr. Rodney Marsh

Over 25 years of experience in Accounting, worked in the capacity CFO for national and intra-national corporations, primarily in the pharmaceuticals industry.

Pastor Benjamin Carroll

Rev. Carroll is Senior Pastor of Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church (West Palm Beach, FL). He earned his Master of Divinity from Interdenominational Theological Center Morehouse School of Religion (Atlanta, GA).

As a leader in social and civic organizations, Rev. Carroll’s professional memberships have included Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, the Ministerial Alliance of the Palm Beaches, NAACP West Palm Beach Chapter, and The Children’s Defense Fund. He has served in the United States Army Reserve for more thantwenty-five years and currently holds the rank of Major in the Chaplains Corps.
