Short Term Investment Opportunity

GTC RED DEV will launch its first Community Resilience & Decarbonization Hub at Glad Tidings Church of God in Christ in Hayward, California, with operations commencing in Summer 2026. This flagship project represents a scalable model for delivering clean energy infrastructure, economic opportunity, and climate resilience to historically underserved communities.

At a time when many communities face heightened vulnerability due to shifts in public policy and reduced protections, GTC RED DEV is advancing a pragmatic, community-centered approach to infrastructure development—one that prioritizes equity, local ownership, and long-term sustainability.

We are now inviting a select group of friends and family to participate in this early stage of growth. Support can take two forms: a philanthropic contribution through our 501(c)(3), or a mission-aligned investment in GTC RED DEV. While the investment offering includes a targeted 10% pre-tax annual internal rate of return (IRR), we emphasize that the primary value of this opportunity lies in its impact—accelerating the deployment of resilience hubs that serve as critical assets for communities nationwide.

With a minimum investment of $15,000, your participation will directly support the expansion of this model, enabling GTC RED DEV to replicate and scale these hubs in communities where the need—and opportunity—is greatest.

What is a Community Decarbonization Hub?

A Community Decarbonization Hub is a church that has the technology, revenue generation, and programming to enable their congregation and surrounding community to become safer, healthier, and wealthier. The Hub externally consists of solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging stations. Internally, it includes facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.

Why is a Community Decarbonization Hub Important?

The Hub is both a resilience center and a revenue generating operation. A portion of the revenue goes to creating jobs, reducing energy bills, and making homes safer and residents healthier. Each Decarbonization Hub improves the local economy by generating and supporting the creation of $10MM over the first 15 years of operation. The Church will be able to maintain essential operations during power disruptions and serve thousands of residents annually as a cooling or warming center, device‑charging hub, food distribution point, decarbonization events, and safe gathering space. This work is essential because the surrounding communities experience disproportionate energy insecurity, higher utility burdens, and increased vulnerability to climate‑driven extreme weather.
