Kim Noble ([email protected])
Kim Noble is the Chief Operations Officer for Green The Church (GTC), an initiative that engages Black congregations in the fight against climate change, and for environmental justice. GTC works to expand the role of African American churches as centers for environmental and economic resilience. Kim is responsible for the planning, evaluation and monitoring of day to day operations, and the enhancement of finances, information technology, and administrative systems, in a way that promotes an effective, smooth-running organization.
Kim has spent the majority of her career working to improve the social, environmental and public health outcomes for vulnerable communities. Always mindful of underserved communities, Kim continues to build and manage relationships with national environmental and progressive organizations, African American faith leaders and grass root coalitions. Prior to this role, she served as Director of National Partnerships for Green For All (an initiative of Dream Corps). Kim attended Fort Valley State University and received her B.A. in Mass Communications. She is passionate about making sure children are in a safe environment and families have access to available local, state and federal resources. Kim also enjoys photography, reading and is an avid walker.
