Mrs. Veronica Kyle
Statewide Outreach Director at Faith in Place, Adjunct Professor and Co-Founder of the EcoWomanist institute.
GTC Honors Sis. Veronica Kyle on the occasion of her retirement from Faith in Place, the Illinois Affiliate of Interfaith Power & Light, where she directs outreach statewide. She created the Green Team Coaching program, which empowers groups at houses of worship to provide cooperative leadership to educate, connect, and advocate for healthier communities. At GTC we believe that Green Teams will be central to a successful movement in the Black Church and we salute Sis. Kyle for her tireless efforts on behalf of the Black community.
